Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures focused on long-term scalability and efficiency.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to define technical roadmaps and innovation strategies leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource consumption in high-volume production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including generative AI, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
