Responsibilities

- Present executive-level trend briefings with actionable recommendations for product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly trend reports and white papers on emerging market opportunities
- Integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic planning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of major market shifts
