Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Architect strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders, translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Champion innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to incubate next-generation solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts, disruption vectors, and competitive positioning
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational preparedness for future state transitions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools, scenario planning software, and quantitative trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills distilling complex futures into executive-ready narratives
- Track record of influencing high-stakes decisions through evidence-based future modeling
- Professional certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
