Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Develop innovation frameworks to integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum) into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present visionary briefings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-ready strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building innovation ecosystems or corporate venture labs
