- Develop and publish annual innovation whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-vision briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into market opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
