As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal paradigms that will redefine industries. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and long-term organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast market opportunities and risks through 2030
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and sustainability imperatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify white-space opportunities and challenge conventional business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Oversee the implementation of horizon-scanning frameworks across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to distill complex concepts into executive-ready narratives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional designation
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar high-impact forums
