Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities across emerging technology domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into viable product prototypes and business models
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using advanced trend analysis, scenario planning, and competitive intelligence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and investors to secure resources
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to de-risk R&D investments and optimize portfolio allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with 5+ years in tech/venture environments
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services from concept to market
