Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and societal shifts to inform 2026 strategic planning
- Develop and implement cross-functional innovation frameworks for sustainable growth
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures methodologies
- Proven track record of developing commercialized innovations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) required
