Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate adaptation) and forecast their 2026+ impact
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry summits
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into strategic business recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight methodology evolution
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with 2026+ focus
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (biotech, neurotech, climate AI)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented innovation strategies
- Fluency in English with advanced proficiency in Mandarin or German
