Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework, monitoring global innovation ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging trends into strategic blueprints
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build and manage a network of academic, government, and industry innovation partners
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives through advanced scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation roadmaps required
