Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios through strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-facing initiatives
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements on future strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing strategic foresight programs for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through ambiguity
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
