Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and R&D prioritization
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work on technological disruption or future trends
