Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping future-forward solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive boards and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and policymakers
- Translate complex future insights into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership content on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Published work on emerging technology trends (white papers, books, patents)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech governance, or climate resilience
- Exceptional storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused strategies
