Responsibilities

- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to global stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot projects for emerging solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business models
- Drive ethical AI and human-centric innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented solutions in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Strong proficiency with futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainability metrics
