Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year time horizons for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and disruption preparedness
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and innovation pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business recommendations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state business models
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neurotech, decentralized AI)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
