Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders via executive reports and immersive workshops
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast disruptive technologies
- Drive organizational change management for emerging market opportunities
- Quantify future market potential through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
