- Lead cross-functional workshops using foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Author high-impact trend briefs and future-state whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, backcasting, weak signal detection)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
