As our Strategic Innovation Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, biotechnology, and sustainable tech. You'll spearhead horizon-scanning initiatives, build scenario-planning frameworks, and translate complex futures into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Present futures insights to executive boards and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and lead a global innovation ecosystem of futurists and technologists
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futures insights into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (e.g., books, journals)
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems in tech-driven environments
