Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Integrate futures thinking into product development and corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives and pilot programs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and quantitative trend modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Ability to translate abstract futures into concrete business strategies
