Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product innovation and business strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish early-warning systems for market disruptions and competitive threats
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
