Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futurist insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact future state reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps for R&D, marketing, and operations teams
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends with strategic implications
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities to embed future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
