Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for long-term strategic planning
- Present compelling foresight reports to executive stakeholders and Board members
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D pipeline for 2026 product launches
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy on future opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing global business landscapes
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with real-time trend tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent professional credential
