Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a futurist authority
- Partner with R&D teams to align long-term innovation pipelines with market evolution
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and transformational opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes cross-functional initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong network within global futurist and tech innovation communities
