Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impact
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive market shifts
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly horizon reports with actionable strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical expertise
