Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, economic indicators, and cultural shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and deliver strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, trend impact analysis, and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies across product development, market entry, and operational transformation
- Curate and lead executive workshops on future-focused topics including AI ethics, sustainable innovation, and human-machine collaboration
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models for publication in industry journals and executive briefings
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and domain experts to validate hypotheses and synthesize insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused strategy roles
- Proven track record of delivering transformative insights for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi technique, cross-impact matrix analysis, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future scenarios into compelling executive narratives
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
