As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to map technology trajectories, identify disruptive opportunities, and shape our future roadmap. You'll leverage data-driven methodologies and cross-disciplinary insights to ensure our organization remains agile in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry reports on emerging paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advose on ethical implications and sustainable practices for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend mapping
- Outstanding presentation abilities for executive audiences and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
