- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to adapt to disruptive forces (AI, biotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global signals from policy, academia, and startups to identify inflection points
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
