Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in Applied Foresight (preferred)
