- Develop scenario-planning models for global supply chain resilience and climate adaptation strategies
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future realities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports influencing $50M+ R&D budget allocations
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into core offerings
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
