- Design and maintain real-time technology radar systems tracking 200+ emerging indicators
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in AI/ML ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
