- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across technology, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic impact and adaptability
- Maintain a dynamic knowledge repository of global innovation signals and signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in futures research, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario development and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight domains
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic foresight projects delivered
