Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight research initiatives identifying emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across enterprise divisions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk/opportunity analysis
- Partner with product teams to integrate 2026-vision features into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring foresight impact on business outcomes
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published research or proven track record in predicting major tech disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic foresight implementations
