Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning long-term vision with near-term execution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Strong network within global futures and innovation communities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
