Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and cultural patterns to develop predictive models for 2026+ landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state vision
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content that positions Nexus Horizons as a future-industry authority
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future market gaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with quantified impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional credentials
