Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive future states
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions and service offerings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
