Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using quantitative data, qualitative research, and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their market implications
- Produce high-impact trend reports and horizon-scanning briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business pivots
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AI, climate tech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
