Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 scenario-planning frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish KPIs to track adoption trajectories of breakthrough innovations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence scenarios
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
