Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map alternative futures
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, climate tech)
- Produce trend impact assessments for product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Establish innovation KPIs and track future-readiness metrics across the organization
- Present findings to investors and boards as strategic decision-making artifacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and weak signal detection
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning software)
