Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and executive presentations for board-level stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities through predictive modeling and data analytics
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets through training and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business analytics, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
