Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 market transformation
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Develop predictive analytics models using emerging tech (quantum AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain and climate adaptation
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and investment partners
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and technology convergence methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
