Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovations and market discontinuities
- Produce trend briefings and strategic white papers for executive board consumption
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for emerging tech validation
- Design ethical AI governance protocols aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-generation strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent technical discipline
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in future technology journals/conferences
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
