Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (Google Scholar indexed)
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching products with 10+ year lifecycle visions
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling tools
