Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance Generative AI models tailored for enterprise integration.
- Design and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to minimize hallucinations and maximize factual accuracy.
- Optimize model inference speed and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization, distillation, and pruning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for multimodal AI agents.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and continuous learning systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and optimizing Deep Learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Attention mechanisms, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong grasp of ethical AI principles and safety alignment techniques (RLHF, Constitutional AI).
