Job Description
Join the Architects of 2026
Nexus Horizon Labs is pioneering the next generation of autonomous AI agents. As we prepare for the technological landscape of 2026, we are looking for a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade infrastructure.
In this role, you will define how AI interacts with the world, moving beyond simple chatbots to create intelligent, self-correcting agents capable of complex decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Architect and fine-tune foundation models (e.g., LLaMA, GPT-4, Claude) using PyTorch and TensorFlow to optimize for specific enterprise use cases.
- Agentic Workflows: Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool use, and memory retention for 2026-level automation.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model deployment, monitoring, and retraining cycles are efficient and cost-effective.
- RAG Architecture: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure data privacy and reduce hallucinations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and experience with high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, HuggingFace Transformers).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and distributed systems.
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or delivering high-impact AI products.
