Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure solutions
- Lead system migration projects while ensuring zero downtime for critical business operations
- Develop and automate monitoring systems for network security and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Conduct regular security audits and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network architecture
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+)
- Proven experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with SLA-driven mindset
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
