Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating clear communication across all levels.
- Methodology: Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive efficiency and adapt to changing requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workflow to maximize productivity and project success.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely status reports to executive leadership regarding project health and metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is required; Prince2 or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure management, and cloud technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
