Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems including Windows servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees, resolving complex system issues within SLA targets
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection, data encryption, and access controls
- Lead IT infrastructure projects including system migrations, upgrades, and capacity planning
- Document technical processes, create training materials, and mentor junior IT staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Advanced certifications: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, security, and application issues
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ITIL framework and service management tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
