Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for complex IT infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain security protocols across organizational systems
- Train junior staff on IT best practices and operational procedures
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Experience with ITIL or IT service management frameworks
