Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Manage and maintain the Active Directory environment, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
  • Deploy, configure, and update workstations and mobile devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to monitor system performance and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Document all technical incidents, solutions, and processes to maintain a robust Knowledge Base.
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the procurement process for IT equipment and vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or System Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified is a plus.
