Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and server hardware to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users with minimal downtime.
- Security Management: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and assets from cyber threats.
- Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, including software updates, hardware installations, and network migrations.
- User Support: Provide advanced technical support and training to staff, ensuring they maximize productivity with our tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or VMware VCP certification is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
